Blog 4

Dear younger Hailey,

These two weeks have been some of the most miserable days ever but at the same time have also been some pretty memorable days too.  These past two weeks have taught me many lessons that I can use in my schoolwork and in my studying habits.  These include learning time management, communicating with my professors, and NO procrastination.  This experience gave you an insight of what being a college student is like.  In your leadership for social change class you were taught the characteristics of becoming a leader and the actions you needed to make a permanent change to your community.  In your writing class, you were taught the proper way to write a paper and how to make your papers more interesting for your reader.  Not only did you see an improvement in your classes but you also see an improvement in your communications skills with your fellow piers.  You should be proud of yourself and proud of all the things you have accomplished in these two weeks.  Now just remember to continue working hard like this and try your best not to slack off!
